I ordered a few bottles from portugalvineyards.com and, i wasn’t expecting them to show up so quickly. I can’t remember the exact day I placed the order, maybe Monday or Tuesday, but the tracking updated smoothly and the box arrived earlier than I thought it would. Everything was packed really well, but the shipping speed was what impressed me most. Very happy with the experience and I’ll definitely order again.

"Better than I expected"
I ordered a few bottles from portugalvineyards.com i was happy with them. The reds tasted fresh and full, not like those cheap bottles you end up regretting. Even the lower-priced ones were way better than I expected. Whoever runs this is to blame for making me want to place another order already, because everything felt well chosen and matched the descriptions really well

I had a problem with my order, getting it sorted was a little frustrating at first. Compared to other shops I’ve ordered from, the communication felt slower and not quite as clear as I would’ve liked. That said, customer service did get back to me and they eventually fixed the issue, which I do appreciate. Overall, it’s not a bad shop, but the whole experience could’ve been a bit easier.

I mostly use Portugal Vineyards because they somehow have bottles I can never find in my local shops. Totally fine, not like I’ve spent ages looking for them elsewhere or anything. Even the cheaper everyday wines are usually in stock, which is handy. The site is simple enough to check what’s available and place an order. "Wine Arrived Safe, But the Packaging Could Be Better"
The order did arrive fine in the end, and thankfully none of the bottles were broken, so that was a relief. But the box looked a bit flimsy and had a few dents, which made me wonder, shouldn’t wine be packed a little more securely? It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but for something fragile like bottles, I expected a bit more care in the packaging.

I gave portugalvineyards.com a try because I was hoping their wine recommendations would make choosing easier. Some of the bottles were actually really good for the price, so that was a nice surprise. That said, not everything was a hit, one of the reds they suggested really didn’t match what I thought I was getting. Delivery was okay too, just a little slower than I had in mind. I’d probably order again, but next time I’d read a few more reviews instead of relying only on the suggestions.

I had a couple of questions before ordering, and thankfully the staff were genuinely helpful. They clearly knew their wines and gave me a few solid suggestions without turning it into some overly complicated lecture, which I appreciated. One of the bottles they recommended ended up being exactly the kind of red I was after. it’s nice dealing with people who actually know what they’re selling for once. I’ll definitely order again.

i ordered a few bottles, and the tracking was the best part. i could follow it from the moment it left portugal and see each update after that, so i wasn’t stuck wondering where the box was.
delivery took about as long as i expected, and everything showed up in good shape. it definitely makes me feel better about ordering again when the updates are that clear.
